Job Type : Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay : Competitive hourly rate (e.g. $18$22 / hr depending on experience)

About Us

Previously a neglected laundromat Los Feliz Laundry has been completely revived into a bright welcoming community-driven space that reflects the creative energy of our neighborhood. Weve modernized the shop upgraded the equipment and reimagined what a neighborhood laundromat can be a clean friendly space built around care connection and pride in the details.

Position Overview

Were hiring a dependable Team Member to focus on wash & fold operations sorting washing drying folding and packaging customer laundry while helping maintain our organized friendly environment. This role blends hands-on laundry work with great customer service and teamwork.

Typical shifts are 5 hours in the morning (7 AM12 PM or 8 AM1 PM) depending on need and preference.

Occasionally extra hours may be available later in the day but most work happens during morning shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform wash & fold service : receive sort wash dry fold and package laundry with care and precision.
  • Label track and prepare orders accurately for pickup or delivery.
  • Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pickups; represent the friendly face of Los Feliz Laundry.
  • Keep work areas and machines clean organized and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with teammates and follow direction from management to ensure top-tier quality.

  • You take direction well and maintain high personal standards for every load you touch.
  • A true laundry nerd someone who loves the care texture and satisfaction of great laundry.
  • Friendly reliable and positive; you enjoy making customers feel welcome.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
  • Live nearby or can reliably commute (owning a car is a plus).
  • Available for morning shifts (7 AM12 PM or 8 AM1 PM) at least 3 days per week; full-time availability is a plus.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and respecting direction from younger managers.
  • Experience in laundry retail or customer service is a plus but well train the right person.
