Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage tax compliance, planning, and strategy services for clients
Lead and mentor the tax team, providing technical expertise on complex tax matters
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications :
CPA license is required
5+ years of tax experience in a CPA firm
Expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership tax filings
Proven experience managing complex tax strategies and multiple clients
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
