$1800 or more per week - And it gets better

\n \n\n

\n

  • Driver Positions Pay Weekly

\n \n

  • Home at least every other weekend.

    • \n \n

  • Must be able and willing to drive into Canada

    • \n \n

  • Solo Miles Pay :  $0.63 per Mile with 2000 - 2500 Miles per Week

    • \n \n

  • Van Stops Pay : $16.37 per Stop Plus $107.56 per Dry Van unload.

    • \n \n

  • Average 8-10 stops per week

    • \n \n

  • Rolling stop pay $28.20

    • \n \n

  • Safety Bonus :  Pays You $250 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter

    • \n \n

  • Loyalty Bonus :  Pays you $2000 at 6 months and $2000 at 1 year

    Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.

  • Deliver SOLO To :  From North Dakota to Texas and all states east as well as Canada.

    • \n \n

  • Tractor Type : Sleepers with APUs

    • \n \n

  • Trailer Type :  Dry Van and Conestoga

    • \n \n

  • Companion Policy : Bring a person and / or pet on the road with you!

    • \n \n

  • Load Securement : Strapping

    • \n \n

  • Freight : HEAVY Touch - Hand Unloading is Required

  • Freight Type : Commercial and Residential Garage Doors

  • Endorsements : Passport - Within 90 Days of Hire

  • Minimum 21 years of age

    • \n \n

  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test

    • \n \n

  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

    • \n \n

  • Pass a DOT physical

    • \n \n

  • Pass a Ryder road test

    • \n \n

  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

    • \n \n

  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle :

    • \n \n

  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

    • \n \n

  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

    • \n \n

  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

    • \n \n

  • Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions

    • \n \n

  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures

    • \n \n\n

    \n

    Important Note : Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and / or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations, and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines

  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs

    • \n \n

  • Loading / Unloading freight or assisting in the loading / unloading of freight if required by customer

    • \n \n

  • Performs other duties as assigned
