A company is looking for a Success at Scale Programs Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and optimize digital-first programs to drive product adoption, customer retention, and expansion
Build and execute digital and scale programs that enhance customer success through automation and self-service models
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage priorities, changes, deadlines, and deliverables
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program management, project management, customer success, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ year of experience
1+ years of experience with customer success methodology, preferably in digital and / or scaled customer success
1+ years of experience with customer engagement and communication platforms aligned with Digital and Scale program execution
