Key Responsibilities
Manage standardized intake for new clients, renewals, and Open Enrollment events
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth handoffs and organized implementation materials
Track documentation and compliance deliverables during and after Open Enrollment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, or complex client onboarding
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with benefits administration systems and payroll integrations
Comfortable using Google Workspace and web-based tools
Self-directed and effective in a remote work environment
