Key Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot web orders, addressing errors and communicating with clinics and sales staff
Process account profile requests and maintain profiles on the Website Admin Site
Research and update product information, ensuring compliance and accurate display on the website
Required Qualifications
Business or technical degree is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in e-commerce customer service or business system support
Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to operational changes and customer needs
Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality with effective prioritization skills
