A company is looking for a Fraud Prevention Manager to oversee fraud detection, prevention, and resolution in eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end fraud prevention processes including detection, escalation, investigation, and resolution
Manage chargebacks, disputes, and fraudulent transaction reviews to minimize financial loss
Analyze fraud data and trends to identify risks and present actionable insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, or chargeback management within DTC eCommerce
Fluency in fraud detection tools and platforms like Shopify, Chargeflow, or NoFraud
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in data mining
Understanding of CX workflows and ability to balance fraud prevention with customer empathy
Proactive and detail-oriented, thriving in a high-growth, remote-first environment
