A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits professional.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of payments and denials related to Coordination of Benefits (COB) and overpayment recovery processes
Research COB information and make determinations in accordance with guidelines
Update COB master files and communicate with members regarding their insurance information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, preferably in COB processes
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment required
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office required
Experience with Medicaid or Medicare claims preferred
