Process Engineer II

OVERVIEW

The Process Engineer II is responsible for technical support of refinery operation with specific emphasis on process improvement through continuous improvements, process changes and hardware upgrades. Scope of improvement efforts to be primarily throughput, energy and water efficiency, safety, environment and quality.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review existing operations and identify opportunities for improvement using sound engineering principles. Use continuous improvement tools as the primary methodology to identify, quantify, direct and implement refinery improvements.
• Work with operators to understand the current state and collaboratively develop and implement process improvements.
• Justify, design, install and commission capital projects up.
• Technical liaison including production / maintenance employees, plant technical and management resources, corporate engineering and R&D organizations.

Location : Baltimore, MD

SALARY PAY RANGE : $75,000 - $139,000 plus bonus

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
