You will work a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week) with some variation based on project needs with the ability to travel to and work on the construction site.

SUMMARY OF PROJECT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage project takeoffs and documentation
• Prepare project proposals
• Obtain quotes from suppliers
• Develop strong relationships with : customers, vendors, subcontractors, quality control personnel, operations, and management staff
• Use exceptional organizational skills for effective project management
• Leverage interpersonal and communication skills for successful task completion

PROJECT ENGINEER REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

PROJECT ENGINEER REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

SAFETY

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis.
