PM / BA - Regulatory

Job Specs :

3+ years experienced PM and BA to manage the delivery of complex projects to take forward data governance in in Basel Capital and Operational Risk domain

Candidate needs to be able to work with geographically dispersed groups across IT, Finance, and Risk in a very dynamic, high pressure, very visible project setting - superior communication / stakeholder management skills are a must

Candidate will take ownership of :

Project manage technology change delivery to achieve strategic regulatory and renovation goals

Planning and effective communication with various delivery teams (agile squads) and senior management

Advance data governance goals for finance divisions including updating data dictionaries, adding data attributes, and dataset level controls, and data lineage

Follow effective governance processes across all three lines of defence

Key Skills needed :

Prior experience managing large complex changes driven by regulatory initiatives - preferably, working as a scrum master or product owner

Have experience in Basel 3 capital regulations

Experience in data governance or lineage programs - in a program lead capacity

Preferred experience in regulatory reporting (e.g., FR-Y9C, FR-Y15, etc.)

Fluent in agile methodology and practices
