Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer service or operations environment with international stakeholders
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
Proven ability to create executive-ready narratives that influence stakeholders
Advanced data skills for complex data aggregation and visualization (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau)
Experience coordinating activities and defining methods for new initiatives
