Position Overview : As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company while advancing your own career.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
  • Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
  • Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person
  • Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Some Manufacturing experience

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work on-site

    • Shift Details :

  • 1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM
  • Overtime may be available depending on production demands.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.
