You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for the Product, Technology and Sales leadership teams. / ppThis is a cross functional role, where you will partner with multiple functions including Engineering, Product teams, GTM, Accounting and Corporate Finance, legal and procurement to deliver accurate financial forecasting, actionable insights, and meaningful updates. Analytical thinking, crisp communication, effective business partnering and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are key to success in this role. / ph2Job Requirements / h2pExcellent written and verbal communication skills. / ppExcellent interpersonal communication skills as needed to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside of function or the company. / ppStrong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams. / ppAbility to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas. / ppAbility to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. / ppAbility to follow standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures and processes. / ppStrong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. / ppHyperion skills a plus. / ppProblem solver, an individual who demonstrates good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying them in advance, and proposing solutions. / ppWork with minimal supervision, particularly when tasks are unstructured and can multi-tasks and prioritize work, and proactively anticipate and avoid financial or communication issues. / ppSomeone who is self-motivated and drives end-to-end results. / ppIs detail oriented and can prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. / ppIs not afraid of taking on new challenges. / ph2Education and Experience / h2pBS / BA degree with 5+ years experience in FPA (Financial Planning Analysis) and / or Business Finance. / ph2Compensation / h2pThe base salary range for this position is $104,550 - 155,100 USD and will be determined by the candidates location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
