Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with potential customers by answering questions about products and services, working directly with clients leads to close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Recommend tailored product solutions to customers’ needs and explore upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Collect and analyze customer data to generate product or service reports and offer feedback on ways to improve the sales process.
• Contribute to team success by meeting and exceeding sales goals, collaborating with colleagues, and sharing insights.
• Stay up-to-date with our product line, services, and company offerings to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Take on additional tasks as needed and assigned by upper management to support the team's goals.
