As we continue to grow and expand, we need a skilled recruiter to help us locate skilled talent to join our team. The recruiter will play a vital role in our hiring process, ensuring we attract, hire, engage, and retain the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, creating detailed action plans for filling roles across various departments within the agency, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and making offers.
The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process. Staying up to date with industry trends and providing insights to improve our recruitment strategies will also be key aspects of your role.
