The Jr. Manufacturing Technician (Data Visualization) will be responsible for providing the dashboards and periodic reports about GA shop status, including but not limited to Tableau dashboards, Excel reports, ppt presentations, etc. This will be one of the major referrals to the engineering team, to set priorities and support to accomplish the targets set for the manufacturing department.

Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. She / he must have the ability to work with various departments across the General Assembly. They will also be required to work closely with engineering, quality, PLM and mes in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within the company and outside.

You will :

• Develop and deliver data analytics solutions to support business insights
• Design, maintain, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track GA assembly shop performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost)
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and integrate with a centralized data mesh
• Collect, analyze, and document data from internal and external sources to generate actionable insights.
• Transform data into compelling insights that drive strategic decision-making and KPI optimization
• Stay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in data analytics
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
