Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail operation in the O'Hare Chicago area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail services management , overseeing a multi-department team of 20+ employees. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, training, accountability, and high performance.
• Manage labor costs and operational expenses to achieve profit and loss (P&L) objectives .
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and mentor staff on customer service excellence, safety protocols, and operational processes.
• Develop ongoing training programs to support employee growth and compliance.
• Enforce company policies and maintain adherence to safety, care, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure operational efficiency.

$80,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr
