Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Onsite Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a residential property and ensuring that residents enjoy a high standard of living. This is a 3-day-a-week position for an active adult community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, resident relations, and administrative duties.
• Ensure that all property maintenance and repairs are promptly addressed and completed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Manage property budgets and financial records, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and income.
• Implement and enforce community rules, regulations, and policies in collaboration with the homeowners association.
