Shift : 2nd and 3rd Shift Available
Reports to : Maintenance Planner
Location : Watertown, WI
Job Description :
o Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain
production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive
maintenance systems and processes
o Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during
production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment
during machine service
o Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
o Perform mechanic skills including (but not limited to) mechanical, electrical,
pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines
o Read and interpret equipment manual and work orders to perform required
maintenance and service
o Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
o Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant
facilities
o Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling
equipment in performing duties
o Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual
situations to proper supervision
o Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
o 3rd shift : 10 : 00 p.m. - 6 : 30 a.m. Monday - Friday
o Production hours : Monday - Thursday 6 am - 4 : 30 pm and 5 : 00 pm - 3 : 30 am
Qualifications :
o HS diploma / GED; AA - Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance preferred
o Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent number of years of education
and production maintenance experience
o 4+ years of manufacturing experience
o Strong electrical background required
o Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills a big plus
o PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley)
o Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
o Computer competency with MS Office
