What Youll Do

Follow company process and procedures.

Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs, installs.

Educate customers on repair optionsno pressure sales

Document work thoroughly

Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools

Delivering excellent service that builds long-term customer relationships

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HVAC residential service experience

Valid drivers license with good record

EPA Certification (required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics / outdoors

Strong communication and customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
