Location : Santa Fe Springs, CA

Salary : $26 per hour

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Lead to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA . This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage people and processes in a machine shop environment . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting with loud machinery and active production operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production functions, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and leading your team with accountability and purpose.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, support, and manage a team of production employees

Oversee and coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory functions

Assign daily tasks and prioritize work based on orders and business needs

Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate goals and address challenges

Monitor production flow and follow up on outstanding orders

Maintain safety standards and ensure production targets are met

Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues

Requirements :

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or machine shop setting
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order management
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage shifting priorities
• Comfortable working in a shop environment with loud machinery
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Must be a self-starter who works well under minimal supervision
