Role: Systems Administrator

Pay Rate Range: $70-80,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal lead for the company’s Epicor Kinetic ERP system, ensuring performance, optimization, and user adoption.
- Support and troubleshoot ERP modules across operations, supply chain, sales, production, and finance.
- Partner with third-party IT providers to maintain system infrastructure, security, and integrations.
- Lead ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and change management efforts.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, and data queries to support business needs.
- Provide hands-on support to end users and drive continuous system improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of ERP experience, with strong preference for Epicor Kinetic.
- Experience supporting multiple ERP modules in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to create reports and analyze data within an ERP system.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience working with external IT vendors or managed service providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or SSRS experience.
- Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
