Pay Rate Range: $70-80,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal lead for the company’s Epicor Kinetic ERP system, ensuring performance, optimization, and user adoption.
• Support and troubleshoot ERP modules across operations, supply chain, sales, production, and finance.
• Partner with third-party IT providers to maintain system infrastructure, security, and integrations.
• Lead ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and change management efforts.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, and data queries to support business needs.
• Provide hands-on support to end users and drive continuous system improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of ERP experience, with strong preference for Epicor Kinetic.
• Experience supporting multiple ERP modules in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to create reports and analyze data within an ERP system.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience working with external IT vendors or managed service providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft SQL Server and/or SSRS experience.
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
