1. handson development experience in ServiceNow TSM or CSMITSM, TSOM or ITOM, CMDB

2. Experience with AIML features of ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence).

3. Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

1. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies.

2. Experience with custom app development using App Engine.

Detailed Job Description :

In depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture including data model design, application architecture, integrations, and security architecture.

Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI

Orchestration is required. Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM or ITSMCSM, TSOM or ITOM modules.

Must have practical experience in ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub across using REST, SOAP, and Kafka.

Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB CSDM. An exposure to

Telecom domain is Plus.
