Social Worker Clinical, Inpatient

Traveler will automatically be declined.Only submit traveler who can work schedule in posting and interested in the unit.Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile including resume / work experience, Medefis portal, all onboarding questionnaires / documents).Minimum one experience working in a level 1 hospital inpatient setting working with pediatric to adult patients. Pediatric experience in level 1 trauma facility or similar size hospital is highly desired for this position. Two (2) years prior hospital based social work experienceTraveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.Prior travel experience required.Licensed in the state of Wisconsin with one of the following : ??Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) ORCertified Independent Social Worker (CISW) ORLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Masters degree in Social Work required.Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment / assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and / or based on the traveler's competency skills / experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and / or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.Location : American Family Children's Hospital 1675 Highland Avenue, Madison, WIParking : Paid parking permit is required through UW Transportation Services
