job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReports directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks and be available there-after for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges. Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and PDP via inbound leads (no cold calling at all ever!). Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow ups and callbacks. Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call and follow recommendations from call audits. Excellent verbal skills Organizational and time management skills Motivated, ambitious and energetic Basic computer knowledge Sales experience preferred Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Paid time off Bonus opportunities
