Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the help center documentation, ensuring structured content and navigation

Manage and publish release notes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Create task-based guides and in-product guidance for diverse user audiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience writing product documentation for enterprise SaaS

Hands-on experience with Git-based documentation workflows

Ability to understand and document complex systems through collaboration

Proven experience writing clear content for both technical and non-technical users

Experience using Jira or similar tools for managing documentation requests and priorities
