Hospice Home Care RN, M-F, 12 : 00PM-8 : 30PM, $20,000 sign-on

Position Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life for patients in their end-of-life journey. Experience :

• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required
• Minimum of one-year oncology and home care experience preferred
• Minimum of one-year Hospice experience preferred

We offer :

Compensation based on experience $45.00 - $47.00 per hour (plus evening differential)

Company Benefits :

We offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Generous PTO and Holiday time. Competitive compensation paid bi-weekly with reimbursement for mileage. Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more, per week, and pro-rated.
