Development Manager

A company is looking for a Development Manager to enhance donor engagement and manage fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate donor engagement strategies and manage regional fundraising events

Oversee corporate sponsorships and employee engagement events

Supervise the Development Coordinator and support fundraising strategy development

Required Qualifications

BS or BA from an accredited U.S. institution

5-8 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development

Experience managing staff, interns, or volunteers

Familiarity with CRMs and donor databases

Strong organizational and project management skills
