This opportunity is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals and transitioning military veterans ready to build a rewarding future in a specialized construction field.

As a Construction Project Leader Apprentice , you’ll begin as a Field Technician Assistant, learning side-by-side with industry experts. You’ll start with paid, hands-on training to build your skills and confidence in the trade. Once you’ve demonstrated reliability and progress in this role, you may be invited to join our Registered Apprenticeship Program, where you can continue to grow toward certification and leadership.
