Revology Cars is hiring a Master Auto Body Restoration Technician at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build and restore 1960s Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT Mustang automobiles.

ABOUT THE JOB

Master Auto Body Restoration Technicians at Revology Cars work in different departments, including Body, Paint, Trim, and Final Assembly, and perform a variety of tasks. The Master Auto Body Restoration Technician will be assigned to a specific department based on staffing needs and the technician's skill set and interests. Assignments may include some or all of the following :

• Welding, fitting, and gapping body panels
• Using metalwork techniques to shape panels accurately without warpage, avoiding the use of fillers
• Metal finishing and assembly of automobile bodies
• Blocking, sanding, masking, and primer application
• Wet sanding and buffing
• Installation and alignment of doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, exterior and interior trim, moldings, and other components, adhering to a tolerance of + / - 0.5mm
• Adjusting windows and doors to meet gap specs, eliminate wind noise and be watertight
• Installation and / or assembly of powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, driveshafts, rear axle assemblies, fuel systems, and exhaust systems
• Installation of powertrain electronics, control modules, and harnesses
• Install and assembly of chassis components including suspension, steering, and brakes
• Installation of automotive interiors
