Position: Energy Advisor (Field Sales)

Location: Los Angeles County & surrounding areas
Type: Full-time, field-based
Earning Potential: $5,000$10,000+ per month
Compensation Options: Commission-only, base pay, or hybrid (base + commission)

What Youll Do

• Engage homeowners face-to-face to educate them on how solar can lower or eliminate their electric bills.
  
  
• Conduct personalized energy assessments and design solar systems that fit each homeowners needs.
  
  
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, community networking, and referrals.
  
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to close with support from our project management team.
  
  
• Stay up to date on solar incentives, rebates, and financing programs.
  
  

What You Bring

• Great communication and people skills youre confident, friendly, and professional.
  
  
• A self-starter mindset and the drive to exceed sales goals.
  
  
• Sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome fast learners who want to grow.
