[job_card.job_description]Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. Experience with integration middleware concepts. Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Business Analyst Certification. Industry-specific experience in Healthcare Payer Communication : Ability to translate technical jargon into business language for stakeholders and vice versa. Leadership : Experience mentoring junior team members Conflict Resolution : Ability to negotiate with stakeholders when requirements conflict or scope creep occurs. Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders and department heads to define business processes and functional requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, advising the business on "Out of the Box" features vs. custom development to minimize technical debt. Partner with Solution Architects to design scalable solutions across Health Cloud. Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile / Scrum or Waterfall environment. Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flowcharts, and data models. Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules to build prototypes or Proof of Concepts (POCs). Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including creating test plans, triaging bugs, and obtaining sign-off. Drive user adoption through the creation of training materials and leading the sessions. Analyze data trends and reports to recommend continuous improvements to the platform.
Required Qualifications
- Experience : 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep Platform Knowledge : Expert-level understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices (Security model, Automation strategies, Data limitations).
- Certifications : Should hold the Salesforce certification plus at least two consultant-level certifications
- Methodology : Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum and Waterfall environments
- Data Proficiency : Strong understanding of data migration, data integration, and tools
