The Supervisor will be responsible for the administrative and clinical functioning of services. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Evenings and weekends may be required based on program needs. The responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to staff. The Supervisor will review and organize all treatment records and reports. They will develop therapeutic relationships with children, therapeutic foster families, and biological families. The Supervisor will assess the need for routine and emergency mental health services and monitor their delivery. Daily decisions regarding treatment needs for children and families will be required. Assessment and decisions regarding placement and transitions back into the community will also be necessary. The Supervisor will provide and / or coordinate emergency assessments for clients in crisis when needed. On-call after hours crisis intervention may be required. Management and supervision of staff and programs are essential. They will monitor and report program outcomes, fidelity, and effectiveness. The Supervisor will assume responsibility for required reports. Other duties as assigned may be required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided when a personal vehicle is used.
