Job Summary

The Test Technician will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment to support production line quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, calibration, inventory management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and coordinate replacement for damaged testing instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers).
• Verify and calibrate new testing equipment, label with asset numbers, and log information in the system.
• Prepare and revalidate test samples based on customer requirements and production needs.
• Track spare parts usage, manage inventory, and handle procurement requests.
• Manage idle / damaged equipment, report for scrapping or reassignment, and coordinate inter-site transfers with necessary documentation.
• Support MES integration by providing hardware to production lines and ensuring system registration.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with financial audits.
