Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a strong team of eight dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping people and making a difference. Before becoming an agent, I spent over two decades in business turnaround, but I always knew I wanted to own a business rooted in the communityone that not only serves clients but also contributes to the place we call home. ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Hoogs - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
