Since 2007, All American Water Restoration, Inc. has provided expert water damage remediation and home remodeling services to our customers. We have an immediate opportunity for a Receptionist / Scheduler in our Orlando, FL office.

Job Duties

• Answer phones, field questions, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members
• Enter new customers and jobs into the customer database
• Perform Property Searches
• Create new folders (Vendor & Client)
• Schedule all assessment appointments from incoming calls
• Follow up / confirm appointments for the following day
• Maintain team calendars for scheduling
• Scan and upload documents for files
• Assist with any special requests
• Housekeeping of personal space
• Any other duties as assigned.
