Your Responsibilities :

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care in your assigned clinical area, demonstrating both leadership and a commitment to patient comfort and safety. You will work closely under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or RN Coordinator, employing your clinical expertise to critically assess and prioritize patient needs, ensuring timely and appropriate care is delivered.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited professional registered nursing program.
• Valid Texas RN license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 6+ months of relevant clinical experience or 1 year of experience at Kelsey-Seybold with approval.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficient in using necessary medical equipment related to specific patient populations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation : Your pay will vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications. This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $28.27 to $50.48, plus benefits such as a comprehensive package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
