Artist Relations Manager

A company is looking for a Voice Talent Scout & Artist Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Review audio submissions from vocalist applicants and assess for recording quality and vocal fit

Rank and prioritize candidates based on audio quality, genre alignment, and strategic demand

Schedule and conduct video interviews to evaluate applicant suitability and explain the licensing model

Required Qualifications

Strong musical ear with the ability to evaluate vocal quality and genre fit

Familiarity with a broad range of music genres and cultural styles

Experience in talent acquisition, A&R, casting, or a similar role involving creative evaluation

Comfortable working independently and remotely; ability to manage scheduling and follow-ups

Based in or familiar with the Los Angeles music scene is a plus
