CNC Programmer

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join a tight-knit, experienced team in a family-owned manufacturer that’s been delivering high-quality machining solutions for over 70 years. This is a day-shift role with a that offers a healthy work-life balance and the chance to make a real impact.

As a key member of the team, you’ll help drive operational excellence across industries ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.

What You’ll Do :

Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam and Siemens NX

Perform machine setup and first article inspections

Train and support machine operators on job-specific tasks

Conduct basic quality checks to ensure part accuracy

Collaborate with a small, experienced team in a fast-paced, custom machining environment

What We’re Looking For :

Proven CNC programming experience in a job shop setting

Strong knowledge of Mastercam, Siemens NZ, and G-code

Ability to perform setups and first article inspections

Comfortable mentoring and training others on the shop floor

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred but not required
