As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of both guests and team members, while contributing to a secure and peaceful environment throughout the hotel property. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will support our goal of achieving Forbes 5-Star status by creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at ease. You will take pride in providing exemplary service, engaging with guests in a refined and genuine manner, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that their security concerns are handled promptly and discreetly. What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Patrol both the interior and exterior of the hotel property, observing and identifying potential safety and security risks, as well as any undesirable conditions.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property, ensuring a calm and efficient resolution.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices for both team members and guests to maintain a secure environment.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, ensuring all details are gathered accurately.
• Write detailed reports and ensure the accuracy of necessary documentation, maintaining thorough records.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, always engaging with guests with refinement and a genuine interest in their safety and comfort.
• Anticipate and address guest security needs in a discreet, proactive manner, ensuring a seamless experience.

The rate of pay for this role is $30.3017- $40.4023 Per Hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
