Sales Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales and marketing operations during a summer internship.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales agent onboarding to ensure partners are ready to generate revenue

Manage the sales quality assurance queue and complete assignments following SOPs

Process issue tickets and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and meet performance goals

Required Qualifications

Experience in a ticket system environment preferred

Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs) preferred

Proven track record of achieving goals and taking initiative

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google's G Suite preferred
