Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex defense programs, ensuring successful execution, and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects and drive the growth of our defense business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple defense programs, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and maintain program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management plans.
• Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and addressing issues or risks as they arise.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, providing timely and accurate reporting on program status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, driving continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
