Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple customer launch projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones

Coordinate onboarding configuration and technology integration with customers

Conduct training sessions and maintain clear customer records for launch progress

Required Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent years of experience

Passion for ensuring the physical safety of students, faculty, and staff

Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing reference materials

Experience leveraging a CRM Platform (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Highly competent in PC / Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office365 Applications
