Job Description
The Office of Financial Services (OFS) at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position is part of a 12-person finance team and reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. HKS's Office of Financial Services supports and facilitates decision-making at the highest levels in key areas of financial management and strategic planning. This position will conduct objective analysis of the financial performance of certain departments and centers within HKS and will develop an in-depth understanding of the financial structure. We seek candidates with strong financial acumen and analytical and technical skills, who can collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders with varying levels of financial knowledge.

Work Format Details
This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non-Harvard location. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at its discretion and based upon operational needs. When not working at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location, employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University's Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
