As a Temporary Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist , you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing patient care navigation operations. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to coordinating onboarding steps — ensuring that every new hire reflects our values and contributes to our mission of simplifying healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

This role is essential in shaping the first impression candidates have of Rely Health and building strong relationships with team members across Product, Operations, and Patient Care Navigation.
