About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to spearhead the enterprise strategy and execution of all related initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for defining and executing the vision in alignment with organizational strategy and digital transformation. This role involves building and leading a high-performing global data and analytics team, establishing enterprise data governance, and driving the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions to enhance customer experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies. The VP will also be a key influencer, collaborating with the executive team, Board, and various business leaders to ensure data capabilities meet the evolving needs of the business. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in data management, analytics, or AI, with at least 7 years' in senior leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's or PhD preferred. The role demands a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation, as well as expertise in cloud data platforms, data warehousing, machine learning frameworks, and advanced analytics tools. The VP will be expected to ensure operational excellence, manage budgets, and vendor relationships, and measure the business value of data and AI investments. Ethical AI practices, transparency, and risk management are also critical aspects of the role.
