- Full-Time Location : Hill AFB Job Type : Penetration Testing Experience : 7+ Years Clearance Type : TS / SCI AERMOR is seeking qualified candidates to assist in analyzing and testing Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems and related systems / sub systems using qualified personnel with requisite engineering and analytical backgrounds. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities : Provide technical support to the Sentinel Test Director and Air Force Operational Test Center (AFOTEC) in operational test and evaluation (OT&E) activities for ICBM weapon systems.
- Support Sentinel and or Minuteman III operational test efforts to assess performance against stated program capabilities.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary government and contractor team to plan, test, analyze, and report through multiple program acquisition phases.
Serve as an Offensive Cyber Tester accomplishing the following :
Support test planning to include development of test objectives, test and data requirements, identify potential attack surface / vectors, test configurations, test and analysis plans, and supporting schedules.Conduct vulnerability analysis, plan / execute penetration testing, and provide assessment reports as directed.Research new threats, vulnerabilities, security technologies, and countermeasures and provides mitigation and remediation recommendations.Provide cyber security technical expertise and analysis to identify potential risk areas.Review systems engineering design documents for security flaws.Develop reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.Apply technical knowledge in specific areas to integrate test and modeling products and support weapon system evaluation related to areas of expertise.
Lead and mentor junior team members as assigned.Maintain cognizance of all assigned CTF / Test Team engineering activities.Qualifications :
At least 7 years of cybersecurity experience required, some of which includes penetration testing.DoD IAM Level 1 Certification (Sec+).Familiarization with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems is required.Strong working knowledge of networking and network protocols.Basic understanding of industry cryptological standards Familiarization with system security analysis models such as STPA-Sec and MBCRA Experience with a suite of vulnerability assessments tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Netcat, Nessus, ACAS, etc is required.Familiarization of exploits and vulnerabilities which goes beyond automated approaches is desired.Personal and organizational interactions exhibit and foster cooperation and teamwork, enhance customer relations, and actively promote rapport with customers.Focused adherence to safety and security requirements.Familiarity with test & evaluation planning and processes consistent with DoD acquisition directives and policies is highly desired.Familiarity with ICBM weapon systems and related subsystems / equipment, their projected use in the military, and methods of testing is highly desired. Educational Requirements :
