General Summary :

The Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for the maintenance of the Budgeting Reporting Cost Accounting and Decision Support Platformslaborproductivity platform monthly statistical reports direct involvement in the annual operating budget processand other projects as needed by the position will interact with all levels of the organization to ensure a quality understanding of the financial reportingprocess and how to use related data to impact operational addition this position will complete special projects and cost / benefit analysis to assist in business planning.

Theorganizationis looking for a strongapplicantpreferably with healthcare position requires analytical thinkingas well as excellent communication skills. The financial analyst should possess those skills neededand have experience in forecasting data trending comparative analysis variance reporting and explanation business proforma developmentand other financial analytics.
