Schedule meetings and arrange phone callsHelp with event planning and execution, especially CYIA camp, statewide retreat, and fund-raisers by choosing venues and making necessary arrangements to ensure the events are successfulAttend CYIA and handle administration with Camp DirectorHelp prepare for the State Board and staff meetings : 1) Copy agenda material & create packets and 2) Order lunchesPublic Relations
Greet office and event guests and answer phone callsCompile and organize materials for state coordinator’s / director’s Power Point presentationsInteract with venues and business contacts to arrange for food and logistics needed for eventsHandle child protection screening for state board and other volunteers on behalf of State DirectorInternal Communication & Collaboration
Facilitate the dissemination of information to local chaptersServe as liaison with USA Ministries for chapter and information requestsGather and assimilate monthly chapter ministry reports, and collect committee minutesEnsure chapters accurately report monthly statistics with USA MinistriesCreate a Mailbox Club ReportClerical
Copy, print, compile records for folders and binders, keep an organized filing system & run errandsPlace orders for supplies and materials from vendors and CEF PressHandle travel arrangements, filing forms with USA Ministries, etc., for state ministry developmentOther duties as assigned

Qualifications
Active in a local churchTwo years’ minimum experience in administrative support role in a professional environmentDemonstrated experience handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated experience in file maintenance, editing, and proofreadingProfessional appearance and demeanorBachelor’s degree preferredKnowledge / Skills / Abilities
